3.4 KYC Verification. 222jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by 222jl for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes.
3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 222jl account or any rights therein to any third party.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 222jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the player.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's Wallet page and may vary by payment method. 222jl reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 222jl aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing a withdrawal, 222jl may require that any deposited funds have been wagered at least once. Funds that have not met this condition may be subject to a processing review.
4.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the 222jl Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card gambling deposits. These restrictions are in accordance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any deposit made via a prohibited method will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 222jl complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review where applicable.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 222jl.
10.3 The 222jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 222jl. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 222jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 222jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 222jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 222jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 By 222jl. 222jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 222jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to the conditions in Section 4.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising between you and 222jl shall first be referred to 222jl's customer support team for informal resolution. 222jl will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
13.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
